Raising emotionally intelligent children

How can we raise emotionally intelligent children, whilst not passing on our own baggage and wounds? So much of how we parent has got to do with how we were raised and the messages we interpreted to be true.

Raising our children in this modern age with compassion and empathy, can be hard, especially in this fast paced stressed world in which we live. This talk gives parents and educators tips and insights into how we can raise emotionally aware children with boundaries, humour, and love.

Raising resilient and cooperative kids

Everybody wants to be resilient and every parent hopes for resilient children. But is it all about toughening up, or getting vulnerable?

This talk explores how we support children to become resilient as well as how we can use connection to facilitate cooperation. Not resorting to punishments and rewards feels risky for many adults, but this conversation speaks to why non-punitive measures are the way forward.

What are imprints and why do they matter

What does the way I was raised have to do with how I lead and interact with others? This talk explores the imprints and belief systems that shape the way we think, interact and create in our lives. This is not just about positive thinking or goal setting, this talk invites people to reflect on what happened in the past that now affects their future.

We explore why we get triggered, why we sabotage ourselves and what holds us back from living the life we want?
