Raising resilient and cooperative kids

Everybody wants to be resilient and every parent hopes for resilient children. But is it all about toughening up, or getting vulnerable?

This is not just about positive thinking or goal setting, this talk invites people to reflect on what happened in the past that now affects their future.

We explore why we get triggered, why we sabotage ourselves and what holds us back from living the life we want?
