Building resilience.
This talk explores how to help our children navigate a world with so many ups and downs. How do we foster resilience in our children without them becoming disconnected or pessimistic? What do we model to our children and how can helping them to much become a problem.

Navigating the teenage years can be tricky and challenging and having a greater understanding of what is unfolding for teens in this modern age, can help to strengthen your relationship and foster deeper connection and love with your child.
This all sounds good in theory, but what does it look like in real life. This talk shares tips and tools to foster trust and connection with your teen, as well as help you unpack your reactions and responses.
I explore helping our children to be resilient as well as supporting them to find their wings so they can step into adulthood with confidence.

How to be a connected parent.
This talk explores how we can raise emotionally intelligent children, whilst not passing on our own baggage and wounds. So much of how we parent has got to do with how we were raised and the messages we interrupted to be true. Raising our children in this modern age with compassion and empathy, can be hard, especially in this fast paced stressed world in which we live. This talk gives parents and educators tips and insights into how we can raise emotionally aware children with boundaries, humour, and love.

Creating a compassionate classroom.
Bringing emotional awareness and connection into a classroom can be tricky in a system that works with punitive practices. This talk explores tools and techniques to use with children in the education setting as well as exploring our beliefs and reactions as educators. It also looks at why we need to focus on relationships and connections, not data and what we can all do to bring about change for children.

Do we all have trauma and what can we do about it?
After navigating a very tumultuous 2 years, many people are finding themselves with mental health issues and concerns that haven’t been presented before. Whether we know it or not, we have all just lived through trauma, and integrating that into our lives can feel challenging and confronting.
This talk explores mental health and understanding the triggers and responses that sometimes occur for us. The talk is designed to facilitate discussion and trust between colleagues and improve workplace compassion and understanding as well as foster greater connection, which creates greater cooperation.

Everybody wants to be resilient and every parent hopes for resilient children. But is it all about toughening up, or getting vulnerable?
This talk explores how we support children to become resilient as well as how we can use connection to facilitate cooperation. Not resorting to punishments and rewards feels risky for many adults, but this conversation speaks to why non-punitive measures are the way forward.

We explore why we get triggered, why we sabotage ourselves and what holds us back from living the life we want? A brilliant talk for leaders and their teams to dive deeper into the unconscious patterns that stop us from living our truth and creating what we desire. We often have to look at the past to see the future we want.
