The Child
Your early wisdom, wounds and imprints.
Let’s turn our attention to the child you once were—that part of you that still lives within, carrying both precious wisdom and early wounds. Childhood is where we first learn about ourselves, about relationships, and about the world. It’s where we begin to form our sense of identity, worth, and possibility.
Our childhood experiences shape us in profound ways, creating patterns of relating, believing, and being that often operate invisibly in our adult lives. The rules of your childhood home, the way emotions were expressed (or not), the roles you took on to survive and belong—all of these influence how you move through the world today.
