This 8-week immersion is a deep dive into Aware Parenting and our own stories as a parent. Each week we explore the below themes around parenting and how that manifests with our child:

Trust
Anger/Tears
Control Patterns
Abundance/Joy
Play/Pleasure
Feminine/Self-care
Masculine/Boundaries
Acceptance/Healing

We explore our belief systems, imprints, and physical representation of this in our lives as well as how our children reflect this to us.

As well as the inner journey, we explore the nuances and tools used in Aware Parenting to help our children process feelings and emotions.

We get to explore you and we get to bring the magic to our children. This is for any parent who wants to create deeper shifts in their parenting journey.

Facebook Live every Wednesday evening on the week’s theme, with the opportunity to ask questions
Weekly group Zoom calls on Saturday mornings where each participant can share, ask questions or receive one-on-one reflection with Lael
Zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded to watch after the event
